There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service cost. If you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling, you will be charged 100% of your service cost. You will be responsible to pay this before you can book another appointment. If you choose not to make another appointment, you will be sent an invoice in the mail. I try my best to remind you of your appointment by sending out a reminder text or email the day before your appointment. Please call, email, or text if you are unable to keep your appointment so I may offer that time to other patrons.
Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in a shorter session or possibly rescheduling your entire appointment.
